For the ladies, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the dozen house oysters. These were fresh from Virginia and tasted divine. The Drunken Mussels were another treat that we couldn't resist. The mussels were steamed in a flavorful broth made with beer, bacon, lemon, garlic butter, and fresh herbs, and served with bread that was perfect for soaking up the sauce.
To add to the excitement, The Claw House was featured on an episode of Animal Planets, Tanked. The fun tidbit only added to the memorable experience we had at this delightful seafood haven.
